Dedicated Gluten Free Options in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is known for doing things bigger and better, but that does not appear to pertain to dedicated gluten free facilities. There are only two dedicated places in Sin City. These are the restaurants, and they are actually bakeries, that I would classify as close to celiac safe as possible.

Dedicated Gluten Free #1: Starburst Parlor
Keto and Gluten Free bakery with several great items. Grab yourself anything from pizza, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Seems to be a one stop shop for all your baked goods needs!
Dedicated Gluten Free #2: Senza Gluten Free Bakery
All you traditional bakery items can be found at Senza. I’ve heard good things about their cinnamon rolls! Would be a great place to stock up on baked goods to bring back to your hotel for those late night cravings!
Other Gluten Free Restaurant Options in Las Vegas
There are many fine dining options in Las Vegas, but only a select few are truly gluten free restaurants in Las Vegas. If you talk with your wait staff, many restaurants can accommodate; however, be mindful you will always run into cross contamination potentials.
