This is a work in progress but a labor of GF love!
Dedicated Gluten Free #1: Just BE Kitchen
Just Be Kitchen is a breakfast and lunch spot in Denver. They have killer reviews on google! Nearly 5 stars with over 700 reviews at the time of this writing. I think that will speak for themselves! Definitely worth a stop!
Dedicated Gluten Free #2: Vital Root

Vital Root in Denver says they are “committed to keeping it real.” Real ingredients, food, and flavor.” It’s a hip little spot with a well thought out menu!
Dedicated Gluten Free #3: Teocalli Cocina
I’m a sucker for great Mexican food, and the Teocalli menu has all the gluten free Mexican food options I could ever want. Their online menu does an excellent job as well for ant newbies out there who might want to see what their dishes look like for making the stop.
Dedicated Gluten Free #4: Quiero Arepas
Quiero Arepas® menu features the Venezuelan arepa. If you are like me, you are probably asking yourself, what is an Arepa? Well…”The arepa is a corn based flatbread that dates back to the Timoto Cuica tribe in Venezuela. Made of corn meal, water and salt the arepa is grilled and baked then split and stuffed with a variety of ingredients.” Straight from the horses mouth! These look mouth watering!
Dedicated Gluten Free #5: Trellis Wine Bar

You had me at bar… Trellis Wine Bar does focus on wine, which totally works for me, but they also offer nibbles and small plates. The other great news…they have some gluten free beer options from Holidaily Brewing which makes this damn near the best date spot!
Dedicated Gluten Free #6: Gina’s Kitchen
Although Gina’s is not a full restaurant, this cute Bakery and Bistro has some delicious gluten free eating options! Their bowls and sandwiches look solid!
