Navigating the world of gluten free pizza crust can be daunting. Trust me, Aimee and I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen preparing gluten free pizza crust to only become frustrated with either taste, texture, or the time it took to make. Pizza is one of those iconic American family meals that everyone loves. You can’t have “pizza night” without… well… pizza!
An amazing gluten free pizza night has to start with an amazing gluten free pizza crust! You can have the best toppings, but if you have a sub par pizza crust… nobody will be happy! An incredible gluten free pizza crust is the foundation for a successful pizza night and Zeia Foods has stepped up the gluten free pizza game with the most delicious, ready to bake…done in 15 minutes… pizza crust delivered straight to your front door! Yea you heard me correctly! 15 minutes!
So I’m here to tell you a little about why Zeia Foods gluten free pizza crust is the reigning MVP of pizza nights everywhere along with save you some CASH with my very first Gluten Free Dad promo code offer! Get 15% off with promo code GLUTENFREEDAD!

Save Time
Have you tried making your own gluten free pizza crust? We have… it takes time. You have to prepare the dough, allow the yeast time to work its magic, and then prior to putting on toppings unlike regular pizza crust, you have to bake it solo. Then you can finally put on those delicious toppings… and bake it again.
Zeia Foods has done all the work for you. The crust is already made. Toss on toppings and bake for 15 minutes. That’s it?! Sure is!
The Taste and Quality
Hey Lenny, sure it saves time, but it probably tastes like cardboard and is made of saw dust right? Not even close!
I was skeptical at first too. We have struggled to find the right pizza crust. This gluten free pizza crust was soft, moist, and full of flavor. Check the ingredients out… no seriously read them! You can pronounce all of them, they are simple, and there are ZERO preservatives! I really don’t know how they used such easy ingredients with no preservatives and created a crust as good as this. The first time made this pizza I was in shock. I was so excited, I reached out to their hardworking team and wanted to work with them so I could give my readers a discount and opportunity to try it for themselves.
This is the first time I’ve done something like this with the a promo code and that’s because it’s so freakin’ good!

My Favorite Way to Prepare Gluten Free Pizza
With Zeia Foods doing all the actual work… we can now focus on toppings!
Garlic butter instead of pizza sauce is hands down the way to go. If you look at most of my pizza photos, you will see we don’t use marinara sauce or pizza sauce very often.
Here is what you must try! Take half a stick of butter and melt it with three cloves of pressed garlic on the stove. Careful not to burn the garlic. That’s your base. Generously brush it all over the pizza crust just like you would with pizza sauce and go all the way to the edges.
Once the garlic butter is applied, toss on 3/4 of the mozzarella cheese you have set aside. Once the cheese is down, apply your favorite toppings. I love bacon, mushrooms, and pickled jalapeños. If you add pineapple… we can’t be friends! Just kidding, but I’m keeping an eye on you!
Now that your toppings are added, add the last 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. This will cover the toppings and keep it all together. It also looks good on Instagram!
Toss that sucker in the oven for 15 minutes and you’re ready to eat!

Toppings Pro Tip!
Bacon is my favorite on pizza. You may question my choice for mushrooms… but I have a secret!
Cut your bacon in small pieces and pan fry it. Once done, take out the bacon and leave the bacon grease. Now toss the chopped mushrooms in the bacon grease. Yup! Mushrooms sautéed in bacon grease are amazing. They hold the flavor of the bacon to give it that extra bacon taste.

We eat so good!!! I will admit, aside from our homemade pizza crust, this is the second best from any pre-made mixes or store bought crusts we have tried.
Is there any place to still get this pizza crust? If not, have you tried any other ones that can compare. I would like to have some in our freezer for pizza night.
They were running into delayed shipping issues, I was hopeful they could get it resolved. Looks like they are still working it. Schar makes a gluten free pizza crust that is at Walmart and great to keep in the pantry. It’s dry sealed so stays fresh for a while. Might be worth a look!
