Taco Night Pro Tip – Compliment that Gluten Free Guacamole
Before I let you go, there is one pro-tip that most people overlook on taco night. You have the meat, you have the cheese, you have the pico, now you have great guacamole… but there is one final and crucial step to taco Tuesdays!
You MUST warm the taco shells. Room temperature taco shells just are not good enough. Take a little butter and put it on the taco shell and then pan fry each side until the shell is a little golden brown. This is probably the most important part. Trust me, I’ve been doing this for a while now and have tacos multiple time per week…
There is no excuse for room temperature taco shells! You already did all that work with everything else, go ahead and get that last step in! You can thank me later!
