Lenny's Easy Gluten Free Guacamole

This super easy guacamole will be sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados make sure they are ripe!
  • 1 tbsp sea salt to taste
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 red onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut Avocados, slice them up, and scoop them into a medium sized bowl

  2. add sea salt and squeeze the entire lime into the bowl

  3. Add the cilantro and red onion

  4. Mix all together! I like to use a fork to make it a little chunky but also creamy, its that easy! you can make it to the consistency of your liking.
