Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- 12 oz Brussel Sprouts
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Sea Salt
- 4 TBSP Parmesan Cheese Shaved is best
Cut the brussel sprouts in half
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the brussel sprouts face up
Cover the brussel sprouts in olive oil and grind sea salt to cover, as desired. It's best to mix them around with your hands to ensure even coverage.
Bake in the over at 400 degrees for 12 mins
Final step! Broil on low 5 minutes. This will give them a crisp crunch to them!
