When the temperature drops below 80, it’s time to get out the pumpkin spice with this pumpkin fluff dip recipe! This recipe is 100 percent Aimee’s idea… but I had to post it here as soon as I saw how easy it was to make and how tasty it was to eat!
This fluffy gluten free dip will be great for any fall party or Thanksgiving get together. Four simple ingredients and you have a winner! It is such an easy dip to make.

This gluten free pumpkin fluff dip pairs well with ginger snap cookies. The gluten free ginger snaps from Aldi have been the most successful so far for us. Let me know what else you use to enjoy this dip!

I know we all have that one extra can of pumpkin puree that has been in the cupboard for the last year when you didn’t end up needing it for that Thanksgiving pumpkin pie!
This is a great recipe for the use of pumpkin puree. I mean honestly, what else do we even use pumpkin puree for?
Pumpkin puree is gluten free, but be sure to read the ingredients. They only ingredient listed should be pumpkin. That should be a no brainer, but companies can be sneaky and try to get some things by us!

Gluten Free Pumpkin Fluff Dip
This pumpkin fluff dip will get you in the fall mood instantly. As soon as you get your hands on this, you'll already have your Thanksgiving decor up while you wait for trick-or-treaters!
Ingredients
- 15 oz Pumpkin Puree one can
- 1 packet Vanilla Pudding
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 8 oz Cool Whip One small tub
Instructions

MIX the pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding powder, and pumkin spice in a medium bowl

Once mixed, FOLD in the cool whip

DIP in your favorite cookie and ENJOY!
