I’m the kind of guy that needs something tangible in my hands. I want to track my intermittent fasting but honestly I’m not a huge fan of the apps. Call me old fashioned! That’s why I created this intermittent fasting weekly tracker which is easily printable. Just like my calendar at work, or my note book, I like to write things down. If you’re the same way, then you have come to the right spot!
There are a several reasons why I love this weekly intermittent fasting weekly tracker
Intermittent fasting weekly tracker is only one week
I feel like I would be overwhelmed with anything longer. A week is manageable. The weekend is clearly in sight. I thought about doing a month long calendar, but there are simply too many things going on in a month. Keep it simple!
It’s a one page printable
I’ve kept it to one page. You only need to keep it for a week and you can stuff one page just about anywhere. Keep it in the car, on your desk, or folded in your gym bag. You only need to keep it around for the week!
It’s also black and white… easier on your printer toner. You can thank me later!
Color code”able”!
I enjoy having boxes to color in. When it’s all colored in, it gives me the feeling of an overhead view of my week. The example you see is colored in with a computer. Fancy, I know! haha. However, I recommend just using a dark color for the time when you are going to fast.
In the open boxes, it would be a good idea to take notes or jot down what you ate or intend to eat.

Simple layout
This isn’t the matrix. This printable fasting tracker is meant to be easy to fill out and even easier to understand. We’ve got a million things going on in our lives, I don’t need a complicated fasting tracker.
This intermittent fasting weekly tracker is so simple that I didn’t think it would be of any value to be honest. That’s also why it’s FREE! This tracker gives you a place to start. It gives you a mindset and plan that you can visualize. After a few weeks of filling these out, I’d be willing to bet that you won’t need it. It will become engrained in your weekly routine and part of your daily mindset.

Give my intermittent fasting weekly tracker a try!
If you are interested in intermittent fasting use this tracker as your launching point. If you have been intermittent fasting for a while, use this tracker to keep you focused and on task. Despite it’s simplicity, I think it would be invaluable to anyone on their fasting journey.
Let me know what you think. I would really love feedback. This printable is for you! Thanks for stopping by!
Looking for More Intermittent Fasting Resources?
I’ve been intermittent fasting for a while and love when I stumble accross new resources. I recently found an online Intermittent Fasting calculator at Fitness Volt that looks very handy. Additionally, they have a bunch of other fitness calculators and trackers there as well. give them a look!
I want to to thank you for this fantastic read!! I definitely loved every bit of it. I have got you book-marked!
Hi Lenny, great information. I have never fasted but willing to give it a try. My dilemma, is that I can only work out in the morning..cause my work schedule is from 12:30 – 9:00 pm. What do you suggest?
Orlando, that’s a great question. I’ll start with an “it depends.” If you are working out 4 times a week, I would start fasting on days you don’t work out. Eat normally on days you do work out. Once you get conformable with it, explore some fasting windows on your workout days. A lot also depends on what your job entails. Is it office work or physically demanding? Can you fast at work? Shoot me an email at Lenny@glutenfreedad.org and we can explore it further if you want or we can line up a phone call to chat too. Your goals are also important! Hope this helps, shoot me a line and we can connect!
