Easy Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 large red onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 cup Mayo Duke's
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar you can use regular sugar if you'd like
  • 1.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar you could use white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice head of cabbage and red onion

  2. Grate the carrots

  3. Combine carrots, cabbage and red onion into mixing bowl and mix

  4. In a seperate container, mix remaining wet ingredients

  5. Pour wet ingredients onto the vegtables and mix

  6. enjoy!
