Beer Batter Recipe for Fish

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 3/4 cup Corn Starch
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1.5 cups GF Beer (blondes work best) 12 oz. can will work
  • 2 lbs Fish Cod is most common

Instructions

  1. Combine all igredients into a bowl and stir together... Batter up!

  2. Prepare oil. Heat to 400 degrees

  3. Cover your fish of choice with the batter and fry. Fry on each side for 3-4 mins or until golden brown.
