The Easiest Gluten Free Cheesecake Recipe

This gluten free cheesecake is too simple not to love! I can't wait to master this and then start exporing with new variations such as the addition of peanut butter... I hope you are ready!

  • 1 blk Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 4 oz Cool Whip Half of the nromal sized tub
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature

  2. Blend cream cheese, powedered sugar and vanilla extract in mixing bowl

  3. Fold in the Cool Whip

  4. Put into your serving containers

  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours

  6. Devour this cheeseckae!!!
