Oven Baked Ribs

Cook Time 4 hours

Ingredients

  • Rack of ribs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Your Favorite BBQ sauce!

Instructions

  1. Apply salt and pepper to both sides of the ribs

  2. place ribs on baking sheet or deep dish and seal with alluminum foil

  3. Bake at 275 for 4 hours

  4. After 4 hours, remove foil and apply a generous amount of your favorite BBQ sauce

  5. Broil on low for 5-7 minutes or until the BBQ sauce carmelizes a bit but not burnt
