I was just cruising around Instagram like I usually do checking out all the latest gluten free creations and as I was going through some stories I stumbled across this amazing cheesecake recipe. I reached out to the creator, @kissesandglambymakeemblush, to see if it was for real!
She actually made hers sugar free and diabetic friendly so I’ve modified it with her recommendations. Big thanks to her for helping me get this incredible recipe out to the world!
The Easiest Gluten Free Cheesecake
This gluten free cheesecake is too simple not to love! I can't wait to master this and then start exporing with new variations such as the addition of peanut butter… I hope you are ready!
- 1 blk Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 oz Cool Whip Half of the nromal sized tub
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature
Blend cream cheese, powedered sugar and vanilla extract in mixing bowl
Fold in the Cool Whip
Put into your serving containers
Refrigerate for 3 hours
Devour this cheeseckae!!!
If you want to make a pie sized serving, all you need to do is double the recipe. If you are doing single serve dishes like me, you can also top with your favorite jam. I prefer strawberry!
