Aimee makes some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The way she warms the gluten free taco shells on the skillet, snips the cilantro from the garden, and preps the homemade guacamole is a thing of beauty and a flavor explosion. I’ll do a blog and recipe later on those tacos because they are worth revisiting, but I want to touch on Qdoba. When I can’t eat tacos at home with Aimee, I’m eating them at Qdoba. You can get three loaded tacos for less than 10 bucks. They have corn tortillas so its easy to ditch the G! Fresh ingredients and good customer service. you cant really ask for anything better. If you can’t eat tacos at home with Aimee and I, then your next best option is Qdoba.
