The ingredients and assembly are too easy not to make. You will feel fancy, distinguished, and thrifty as you finely chop your fresh cilantro!
Total time is maybe 10 minutes…and that’s if you slaughter your tomatoes like I do. I get zero points for presentation…but taste is all that matters at the dinner table!
What I LOVE about making it at home… I can add or hold anything depending on how we are feeling. Want to add more onion? You got it! Want more cilantro? Coming right up boss!
Gluten Free Pico De Gallo
Pico de gallo is a critical player in many meals. Save your money, and craft it yourself. It's too easy not to!
- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice or one fresh squeezed lime
- 1/4 cup Red Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
Chop all the ingredients that deserve to be chopped and toss them in a bowl with the lime juice and salt. Mix…and done! Any questions? I hope note!
Gluten Free Pro Tip!
You can easily add some garlic or jalapeños if you want to spice it up. Two cloves of freshly pressed garlic make this incredible. If you’re feeling some heat, chop up some jalapeños and toss them in! You really can’t mess this up!
