Here is a gluten free bun Pro-tip:
Toast the buns! The one issue I’ve seen with gluten free burgers is not the meat… it’s the buns! They are typically dry and thick. My go to brand right now is your basic Udi’s burger bun. Their buns are thick, but they toast extremely well!
Toast their buns in a frying pan. I slather butter on the burger side of both the top and bottom. Toss them on the frying pan on medium heat and toast them like I would a grilled cheese until they are golden brown. A buttered and toasted burger bun is a gluten free game changer! Try it and tag me on Instagram, I’d love to see it!
